LATE ARRIVALS

Please understand as a courtesy to the next appointment, if you arrive late, your services shall finish at the original scheduled time and/or changes will have to be made to your scheduled service. Arriving too late to perform the service may result in a reschedule/cancellation and 100% forfeiter of your booking fee.

HAIR SERVICE BOOKING FEE

All new clients will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% booking fee for all chemical services and full service (shampoo, haircut & style) within the first 24hrs of booking or your appt will not be held. The booking fee will be deducted from your total at the end of your services. Any cancellations/lesser changes to appointment less than 48hrs, no shows and/or no means of communication the day of  for any reason will forfeit this booking fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, It can be rescheduled and transferred once with a minimum of 48hrs notice. I understand that emergencies & circumstances can change at any minute but please also understand that I turn away other clients to hold your reservation, that are in most times impossible to fill at the last minute. The booking fee will ensure that I will be compensated for my time in any circumstance. I completely understand if you do not agree with these policies and need to find another stylist that best suits your lifestyle and needs. 

CHILDREN

We love children and most of us are parents, However, in order for our salon to provide you and our clients with services to the best of our abilities, and for their safety, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the Salon/Spa at any time. If you will be receiving services, please make other arrangements for your little one, so that we can deliver you and others a relaxing and personable experience.

Parents/Guardians will be held responsible for all damages.

*Prices vary client to client and are determined by time involved and product/supply usage. 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please advise me in advance of any allergies to ingredients or medical conditions such as pregnancy or medication you are taking. I  will advise you which treatments are best for you. My Licenses only allow me to work on healthy skin and hair, etc. I do not treat or diagnose any disease. If I feel you have a contagious or infectious disease (fungus, warts, ringworm, lice, etc.) the service will not be provided/continued.

 I recommend you see a medical professional or get clearance from your doctor.
